These douglas fir boards come from a 1947 building. They will be ready for pick up at the end of September.
There are 2″x 6″ roof rafters that are 8′, 10′, and 12′ long. They are straight, dry, and nail free. They will be trimmed and stacked dry. There are more than 1200 linear feet for $1.50 per linear foot.
There are 6″x 6″ quarter sawn boards that and 9′ and 10′ long. There are 28 of them. They are in very good condition. They do have nail holes. They would be suitable for flooring. There are 250 linear feet for $3.00 per linear foot.
There are 3″x 12″ floor joists that are 12′ and 15′ long. They are in very good condition. There are 34 15′ boards for $130 each and 8 12″ boards for $105 each. Which is $8.60 per linear foot
All of the wood is from the same building and it is douglas fir.
